Mission Statement

Throughout our history, our mission has been to establish Corporate Housing America, as the premier Temporary Housing provider across the country, while maintaining uncompromising principles as we grow.

The primary focus of Corporate Housing America  and Extended Stay Properties for the past 18 years has been to provide temporary housing at affordable prices.

Be it is ever so humble, there’s no place like home… Until NOW!!!

There are thousands of road warriors away from home for extended period of time. Until now, there have been very few options that offered a home-like atmosphere at reasonable prices. The mission of CHA is to provide these services and more….

Over the following year, we will create a network of independently owned and operated locations across the country.

As we expand across America, the second mission of CHA is to use the collective networking of its Members to provide short-term Housing across the Country as an alternative to Hotel/Motel Accommodations at reasonable rates.

Extended Stay Properties, Inc. will provide the necessary training and guidance for new Licensed Partners to be successful and to build a strong network of Dynamic Entrepreneurs.
